- All firearm and ammunition sales comply with federal, state, and local laws.
- Customers must be 21 years of age or older to purchase handguns or handgun ammunition, and 18 years of age or older to purchase long guns or long gun ammunition (where legally permitted).
- All firearm purchases require background checks and transfers through a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL).
- Customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with their local and state regulations before purchasing. Orders that cannot be legally fulfilled will be canceled.
2. Ammunition & Firearm Sales
- All ammunition sales are final. Due to safety and liability concerns, ammunition cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
- Firearms will only be shipped to licensed FFL dealers. Customers must provide accurate dealer information at checkout.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the firearm or ammunition ordered is legal to own in their jurisdiction.
3. Safety Disclaimer
- Firearms and ammunition must be stored securely and out of reach of children.
- Customers are responsible for the safe handling, storage, and use of all products purchased.
- Boomsticks New Hampshire is not liable for any injury, death, or property damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow proper safety procedures.
4. Product Liability & Warranties
- Many products are covered by manufacturer warranties. Customers must contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims.
- Boomsticks New Hampshire does not assume responsibility for damage or defects not covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.
5. Orders & Payment
- All orders are subject to verification and approval.
- Prices, product availability, and promotions are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that cannot be legally fulfilled or where fraudulent activity is suspected.
