Returns
- You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Certain products are not eligible for return due to safety, legal, or sanitary reasons (see Non-Returnable Items below).
Non-Returnable Items
- All ammunition sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
- Firearms may only be returned if a verified manufacturing defect is present and must comply with all applicable federal and state regulations.
- Gift cards, clearance items, and special-order merchandise are not eligible for return.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
